We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from receipt of the product to ensure you have the best experience possible.

We do not accept returns for personalized items or after the 30 day period of receipt of goods, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if required!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Email us at shop@andrewfive.com with your order number or open a Live Chat.

Orders to be refunded must have been received and/or returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product . The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer who will have to send the goods to our warehouse.

(Refunds may take up to 60 days to process depending on the credit institution).

The returned product must be intact and sealed .

SHIPPING OF RETURNS

The shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs are charged to the customer.

IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?

If you have received defective, incorrect and/or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items and all references relating to receipt of the parcel and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

reserves the right to comply with the European Directive 2011/83/EU on returns and refunds. Orders to be refunded must have been received and/or returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the product. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer who will have to send the goods to our warehouse.

If you wish to return or receive a refund, remember to include the order number and the change you wish to make in the email, you will always receive confirmation of the successful operation via email. Orders that have already been packed, shipped or not yet received cannot be changed or canceled until received.
